Welcome to Leighton Elementary School!
Dear Leighton Elementary Families and Community,
It is with great excitement and gratitude that I introduce myself as the new principal of
Leighton Elementary School. After spending the past 25 years in education, I am honored to
begin this new chapter and become a part of the rich tradition and strong community that
make Leighton such a special place.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to serve students, families, and educators
in a variety of roles, and each experience has strengthened my belief that schools are most
successful when we work together with a shared commitment to helping every child reach
their full potential. I am excited to bring those experiences to Leighton Elementary and to
continue building upon the strong foundation that is already in place.
As I have spent time getting to know our school and community, it has become clear that
Leighton Elementary is a place filled with dedicated teachers, supportive families, and
incredible students. I am eager to work alongside our staff and community partners to
ensure that every child receives an outstanding educational experience in a safe, welcoming,
and engaging environment.
Our theme for this year, "Level Up: Be a Game Changer," challenges each of us to grow,
improve, and make a positive impact every day. Whether in the classroom, on the
playground, or in our community, we want our students to understand that they have the
ability to make a difference and achieve great things.
As we look toward the future of LES, I am filled with optimism about what we can
accomplish together. I look forward to celebrating our successes, overcoming challenges as
a team, and continuing to create opportunities that allow our students to thrive
academically, socially, and emotionally.
Thank you for welcoming me into the Leighton Elementary family. My door is always open,
and I encourage you to stay involved, share your ideas, and partner with us as we work
together to provide the very best for our students.
I am proud to join the Leighton Elementary family and excited for all that lies ahead. The
future is bright for LES, and I cannot wait to see what we accomplish together.
